Consultancy. Jeremy's
career has enabled him to travel extensively around the world,
holding such positions as Apprentice through to Director of
an International Hotel Groups Opening teams in the UAE and the
Ministry in Saudi Arabia, Group Executive Chef for the hotels
of a German Shipping company, Personal Chef to HRH Prince Bandar,
The Saudi Ambassador to Washington and Executive Chef for the
Sultan of Brunei. Prior
to setting up his own consultancy business Jeremy held a senior
managerial position within Unilever UK as their national Culinary
Operations manager

known as the long standing British Culinary Olympic Team captain,
having also worked all around the globe in his capacity as a
Celebrity Chef, and consultant to the Industry. Colin's Origins
were at the highest levels within the RAF, and later was well
known on the Television for numerous popular programmes. His
attention to detail within many period programmes and films
has led to his being in high demand for his skills throughout
the world. He is also one of the most senior advocates of the
World Association of Cooks Societies, through whose auspices
many international salons take place. |

Chef on the QE2 for11 years, having held group positions internationally
within the Hotel sector. Known to be one of the most sought
after culinary trainers in the world having a magical aura about
his work brought about by leading from the front and by so doing
draws all around him into his disciplined yet inspirational
world of food art and recipes. |
